Our Mission

A mission born from human experience

Transforming fuzzy career paths into concrete trajectories, without reducing a person to their CV or their constraints.

Our design principles

Person First

Start with the individual, their aspirations and potential, not just their history.

Life Skills

Recognize skills acquired everywhere (parent, caregiver, volunteer).

Real Constraints

Account for energy, health, and life pace for viable career plans.

Our trust commitments

No resale of your personal data.

Full control: profile deletion upon request.

Transparency on AI usage (decision support, not a verdict).

Founder’s Journey

NextWorkStep wasn't born from an abstract idea. It came from nearly two decades of observation. After 18 years of building teams, I realized the professional system is optimized for standard profiles, leaving behind immense talent because it's "atypical." Living with a neuro-atypical profile myself (ASD), I know the cost of masking. NextWorkStep exists so that no one has to sacrifice their well-being to succeed professionally.

Questions about our approach

Why use the term "Career GPS"? +

Because successful guidance isn’t a fixed destination, but a constant recalculation based on your current reality.

How do you handle neurodiversity? +

It’s at the core of our DNA. We design for atypical neurotypes because what works for them works better for everyone.

Is this just another CV builder? +

No. The CV is a byproduct; our tool focuses on the trajectory and the action plan to get there.
